This is probably my favorite song on this project, mostly because of its layers. I began studying t'ai chi and, during studying it, learned of the five elements of the art: Taolu, overall form; Neigong, breathing and movement; Qigong, meditation and awareness; Tuishou, response; and Sanshou, self-defense. I was thoroughly intrigued, and attempted to instrumentalize my thoughts on each of the elements. This was the end result.
